Computrainer - Beating the Heat

They say if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen but when it heats up outside, I beat the heat with my Computrainer. We've been over ninety degrees for I don't know how long and with the smoke from the fires, it's easier and safer to train indoors on the Computrainer.
